• Service details, job requirements, and optional media (photos/videos) submitted to estimate work.
• Billing details (Tax ID / NIF) for compulsory local invoicing (fatura).

• Respond to your inquiries and match you with our specialist local service teams (Plumbing, Cleaning, Pool Maintenance, Painting).
• Provide written estimates and arrange service visits.
• Process invoicing and comply with legal and tax obligations under Portuguese law.

We do not sell or rent your data. Personal data is only shared with our internal vetted trade teams and essential service processors (such as billing software and communication channels like WhatsApp) necessary to perform your requested service.

Contact and quote requests are kept for as long as necessary to process your request and manage customer relations. Invoicing data is retained for the mandatory statutory period required by Portuguese tax law (up to 10 years).
